This bushing set greatly reduces the slop and wobbliness inherent with the oem white plastic bushing on the Honda CT70 and Z50 basic spring, non hydraulic front fork assemblies.

Running a stock rebuilt 72cc, 4spd Honda ATC70 3-wheeler engine in the test bike this afternoon. I'm doing the usual break-in loop laps and multiple heat cycles. There is a 500ft long moderate incline grade hill in this riding loop towards the end of the video that makes for a nice loading of the rings while not blowing through the rpms.

Test run of rebuilt engine in my break-in chassis. All gears and upper engine rpm pull (checking carb jetting). Honda CT70 mini trail engine configuration --> Semi auto clutch, 3-speed transmission. Rebuilt points stator. Aftermarket 52mm (88cc) jug & performance race head, stock (stroke) crank. Mikuni vm20 carburetor.

I'm finalizing a Honda CT70 3-speed, semi auto transmission engine with multiple test rides. It has 88cc (52mm bore) up bore, stock stroke/crankshaft with a performance cylinder head & camshaft. The carburetor is an authentic Mikuni vm20-273 with an external, adjustable main jet k**b and oiled, cotton quality K&N air filter.

I keep a rolling business slush fund for machine/tool upgrades. Some machines are more permanent long term use, others are good enough until the next opportunity arises. Well, I wanted a super solid shop press for a while. The one I currently have was a nice stepping stone... I was able to work out a great deal on this "Warranteed Open Box" 220v single phase 25 ton electric/hydraulic Shop Press with a fully welded H-frame. It is substantial at 700 ...Can't wait for its arrival!
