With a fleet of over 75 boats and 30 employees in the summer, we are prepared to handle your boating needs. We pride ourselves with on time scheduling and good reliable equipment including everything from kayaks, all the way up to our Monterey Cabin Cruiser. We will go any reasonable lengths to make your boating time in Traverse City an experience to remember.

To make it easy, we include ONE piece of watersports equipment with every single boat rental—choose between a tube, water skis, kneeboard, or wakeboard. 🏄🏼‍♂️

We love the energy of West Bay and Torch Lake, but peak summer means big crowds and busy waters. If you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing place, we have the perfect retreat for you.

🌲 Long Lake: Located just west of Traverse City, it's packed with gorgeous islands to explore, sandbars to enjoy, and plenty of calm, quiet bays perfect for swimming or teaching the kids to ski.

🌊 No-Wake zones aren't just rules, they’re how we prevent shoreline erosion and keep wildlife and swimmers safe.

What does “Slow - No Wake” actually mean on the water?

⚓️ Less than 5 mph. It’s the slowest speed possible where you can still steer.
⚓️ Your boat's bow should drop, and there should be zero white water or waves rolling behind you.
⚓️ Keep a close eye out for buoys around docks, narrow channels, and close to the shoreline.

How’s the water? 🌡️

We’re keeping a close eye on the temps as we head into mid-June. While the air is starting to feel like summer, the bays are still a bit chilly, but they are gradually warming up every single day! By this weekend we should be into the 60s. 📈

Because it's still early-season, remember to keep your lifejackets handy and wear them while in motion. Not only is it the safest move for your crew, but a vest acts as a great extra layer against that cool June lake breeze! 🛟
