I'd like to give Ashley Desrochers, Serra service rep a HUGE shoutout for her outstanding professionalism. I was recently in TC and had an issue with my SRX CUE screen. In spite of the fact that the service department at my hometown Caddy dealer told me it would cost $1300 to fix, Ashley rolled up her sleeves, contacted GM, and got the job done for a total of $93. She was everything one would want in a dealer's service department: knowledgeable, no-nonsense, and responsive to my needs. Way to go Ashley, you're a rock star in my book!
