The rain pushed us back a week, but we’re ready to wrap up the season THIS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16TH!

The points battles in Pure Stock and Thunder Bomber are closer than ever, and it’s all coming down to the final race! Anything can happen, and you know nobody’s going down without a fight!

We’ve got a full night of racing and a HUGE fireworks show to close out the season!

16-time Hoosier Racing Tire USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by XC Gear Winged Sprint Car National Champion, Terry Gray from Bartlett, Tennessee is leading a strong contingent of USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by XC Gear drivers into Travelers Rest Speedway on Friday night.

Gray who will looking for his 100th career USCS win in the USCS Fast Friday Sprint Car Shootout.

In addition to his USCS 16 titles and 99 wins, he has over 40 career series titles as a driver and car owner

15-year-old Coen McDaniel from Gaffney, South Carolina is a four time 2026 USCS feature winner and was the early season Hoosier Racing Tire USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by XC Gear Winged Sprint Car National point leader before missing several events for engine repairs.

McDaniel who was the 2025 USCS Southern Thunder Tour regional series Rookie of the Year, won at Carolina Speedway earlier this year will be competing with the USCS Sprint Cars on Friday night 9/25 going for USCS win number five on the season.

Lance Moss from Cherryville, North Carolina is one of the latest entries for this Friday night's USCS Fast Friday Sprint Car Shootout event featuring the 750 horsepower Hoosier Racing Tire USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by XC Gear Winged Sprint Cars.

Moss is a two-time USCS National Championship title runner-up and won four tilescin USCS competition in 2025 and always among the favorites anywhere the series races.

USCS Southern Thunder Tour regional series Rookie of the Year contender Jackson Wellman of Belmont, North Carolina is headed too Travlers Rest Speedway Tonight/Friday 9/25 where he was a 2025 feature winner with the East Coast Super Sprints.

Welman will be competing with the 750 horsepower Hoosier Racing Tire USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by XC Gear Winged Sprint Cars this Friday while also competing for ghe USCS Southern Thunder Tour Rookie of the Year title.

He is hoping tovdraw on last season's success at the 3/8 mile clay oval.
