Do you know what a "PAYSTUB" is? With the advent of the automatic paycheck deposit into your checking account most people never review their paystub from the company. When doing credit apps for automotive financing we need a copy of your paystub and most people want to just text a copy of the deposit into their bank account. That only shows what the NET check amount is and NOT what they really were paid/earned for the week. For financing purposes we need to see what the GROSS (before tax and misc deducstions) is.
The paystub should show your weekly and annual Gross pay and include your name and address and the company you work for name and address.
Just keep this in mind next time you need a loan for a car or mortage, etc.
