Why don’t most repair shops install customer-supplied parts? 🤔

It’s a question we hear often, and the answer is simple—we want to make sure your vehicle is repaired correctly.

🔧 The automotive industry has been dealing with an increase in defective and remanufactured parts that fail right out of the box. Even parts from our trusted suppliers sometimes have issues, which is why we work with vendors who stand behind their products and help us get warranty replacements quickly.

🔧 If a customer-supplied part is incorrect or fails, it can lead to additional labor, delays, and frustration for everyone involved.

🔧 When we provide the parts, we can warranty both the part and our workmanship. That means if there’s a problem, we’ll work directly with our supplier to make it right.
