🏁☀️ RACE WEEKEND WEATHER IS LOOKING GOOD! ☀️🏁

We’re getting closer to the Star Nursery Championship Weekend at Tonopah Speedway, and the forecast is looking pretty darn good for TWO NIGHTS of racing!

☀️ FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25
Warm and sunny during the afternoon with temperatures cooling off nicely as we race into the evening. Friday could be a little breezy at times, so we’ll be keeping an eye on the winds as race time approaches.

☀️ SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26
Another warm and sunny day is expected, with comfortable temperatures and winds gradually settling down into the evening.

🌧️ Rain and storm chances remain LOW for both nights!

🚪 Grandstands Open — 5:00 PM
🏁 Racing Starts — 7:00 PM

💰 $1,200 TO WIN FOR THE IMCA SPORTMODS!
⭐ $600 from Star Nursery + $600 from Tonopah Speedway
🎲 PLUS, Star Nursery is putting up another $400 for a RANDOM CLASS, to be announced Saturday night!

⚠️ A quick note about the forecast:
The CNRA Board may know racing, but we are definitely not meteorologists! Central Nevada weather can be unpredictable and conditions can change with little or no notice. While we do our best to use reliable local weather information and provide an accurate forecast, we cannot guarantee Mother Nature will cooperate 100%.

We’ll continue monitoring conditions leading into race weekend and will do our best to keep racers, crews and fans updated if anything significantly changes.

For now, the weather is looking good, the extra money is on the line, and we’re ready to go racing! 🏁

🏁 YES, WE ARE STILL RACING THIS WEEKEND! 🏁

We’ve had a few people asking, so we wanted to clear things up – the races this weekend have NOT been canceled!

We’re keeping a close eye on the weather, and right now the forecasts are looking pretty good for us, with most of the rain expected to miss the track. 🌦️🤞

As of now, everything is still on as scheduled for Friday & Saturday night!

Come on out, bring the family, and spend the weekend with us at Tonopah Speedway! 🏁

We’ll continue watching the weather and will post here if anything changes.

Please make sure you and everyone in your group are dressed appropriately before entering the pits. With race cars and equipment moving throughout the area, being easy to see is important!
