WE’RE HIRING | A/B LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
Procom Racing is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced automotive technician to join our team in Toms River, NJ.
We’re not your average automotive shop, and we’re not looking for your average technician.
The work we do goes well beyond conventional repair and maintenance. From high-performance street cars to purpose-built race cars, our projects demand technical ability, critical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to tackle challenges that don’t always have a service manual to follow.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* A or B level automotive technician
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience
* Strong diagnostic and mechanical aptitude
* Self-motivated with a genuine pride in workmanship
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and push beyond your comfort zone
* Humility, accountability, and a team-first mentality
Leave your ego at the door. We value experience, but we value attitude just as much. We don’t expect you to know everything. We do expect you to have the drive to tackle new challenges, the confidence to ask questions, and the ambition to continually improve your craft.
WHAT WE OFFER:
* Competitive compensation based on experience
* Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
* Company-matched 401(k)
* Paid holidays
* Paid vacation
* Opportunity to work on unique, challenging, high-performance projects
* An environment that encourages learning, growth, and technical excellence
If you’re comfortable doing the same work every day, this probably isn’t the place for you.
But if you’re an experienced technician who takes their craft seriously, wants to expand their abilities, and is ready to challenge themselves, we’d like to hear from you.
