Two vehicles can have the same trim level and still have different equipment.
Packages, options, model year, drivetrain, cab or body configuration, and other factory selections can change what's included from one vehicle to another.
When you're comparing vehicles, take a closer look at the actual equipment rather than comparing trim names alone. Make sure the specific vehicle you're considering has the features that are important to you.

The trim name is a starting point. The equipment is what you should pay attention to.
