RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
If you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the dates. If the dates are successfully rebooked, any advertising expenses incurred to secure the replacement booking, plus 10% of the total reservation amount, will be deducted from the deposit before any refund is issued.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $500 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. Please provide a check to hold upon arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded following departure, provided there is no damage to the property, excessive cleaning required, missing items, or violations of the rental agreement.
HOUSE RULES
• No parties without prior approval. If you're planning a gathering, please discuss your plans with us before booking.
• No smoking or va**ng inside the home.
• No pets permitted.
Nokomis Sunset Oasis is maintained as a PET FREE HOME due to guest allergies.
