We would like to thank our clients for their business and patience as we deal with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our thoughts are with those affected by this virus. To best serve our clients and to minimize the health risk to our staff and their families, we will be making a few temporary adjustments as we strive to do everything we can to help bring down the curve and spread of infection.
Until further notice, our shop will be closed to walk-in customers, however, I will be available by phone/text (641-864-5065) and through messenger and in the shop repairing vehicles Mon-Fri 8am to 5 pm.
It's important to note that we will NOT be closing the shop unless we are forced to do so by local, state or federal regulations. Service appointments are still available to schedule, but we will be amending our process to best protect both you and our employees. The specifics of these policy changes will be provided to in-house clients directly as we progress through the challenges ahead and the changes from day to day.
We can assure you that we will do our best to provide you with excellent service, but ask that you please bear with us as we continue on through these times. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and additional measures may be implemented as we continue to prioritize the health and safety of our team and community. Hopefully, things will return to normal quickly if we all do our part.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING!
We will be only allowing one person in the door to pay and pick up vehicles, we will not allow additional people into our facility or to wait in our waiting room. This is for the protection of our staff.
If you are sick, feeling ill or have been around anyone that is sick or has shown symptoms of the flu please call to reschedule your appointment.
