With two kids and a 2019 Ford Edge that just wasn’t cutting it anymore, the Vieth family knew it was time for something with more room! They knew they wanted a minivan, and after exploring their options, the Honda Odyssey was the clear choice.

I knew they wanted an Elite, so I had one pulled up and ready for our appointment. What I didn’t know was that their current vehicle was white, too! Turns out, I had the perfect one waiting for them without even realizing it!

We went over the Odyssey, and they loved it! We worked out the numbers yesterday, they completed their paperwork today, and now they’re driving home in a minivan that gives them all the space their growing family needs while looking great doing it! πŸ™Œ

Michael called me on Friday to talk about Pilots, so we set up a time for him to come in with his dad. Since he wasn't set on a particular trim, we explored the EX-L & Touring to find the right fit.

After driving the Touring, he knew that was the one he wanted! There was just one problem… we didn't have the color he was looking for in that trim.

So what did we do? We got creative! We worked out the numbers on the Pilot Elite in Modern Steel Metallic with a black interior, and a couple of hours later, Michael was driving home in his brand-new Elite! πŸ™Œ

John stopped by a few days ago just to look around and see what we had. He originally thought a CR-V was going to be the right fit, but after seeing it in person, he quickly realized he wanted something a little bigger.

Then he saw the 2026 Passport RTL in Obsidian Blue Pearl… and he couldn’t stop thinking about it (can’t blame him, this thing is gorgeous).

We worked through the numbers, and John came back today to get the paperwork finished. Just like that, he finally found a worthy replacement for his 2012 Honda Accord, which had been serving him well for years!

Rich stopped by because his 2011 Jeep Patriot just wasn’t doing so well, and he knew exactly what he wanted next: a Honda CR-V.

We took a look around the lot and landed on this 2020 CR-V Touring in Radiant Red Metallic. It checked all the boxes: low miles for the year, priced right, and originally purchased brand-new right here at Brown Honda!

With Rich commuting about an hour each way, having something dependable was especially important. We found him a CR-V he can feel confident putting all those miles on!

With their third addition to the family on the way, the 2022 Hyundai Tucson and 2024 Toyota Corolla just weren’t cutting it for space anymore!

Daniel did his homework and quickly figured out that the Odyssey was the perfect vehicle for their growing family. He originally had his sights set on a leftover 2026 Odyssey Touring, but unfortunately, we didn’t have any available. We did, however, have a few 2026 Odyssey Elites in stock. πŸ‘€

After some back and forth, Daniel found a little time to swing by before their trip to the zoo. We got everything worked out, and now they have a safe, reliable, and spacious vehicle ready for everything their growing family can throw at it! πŸ™Œ

Jayla came by with her mom to check out some cars, and she had one requirement: heated seats. Easy enough! πŸ”₯

Then I found out there was a second requirement she forgot to mention… a sunroof! Luckily, I must be a mind reader because I directed her straight to the 2024 Civic Touring, which checked that box too!

After a quick test drive, Jayla fell in love with it. Her mom is an underwriter at their local bank, so the hardest part was really just making sure Jayla loved the car!

…& we have to give credit where credit is due… the wind was definitely a paid actor for this picture. πŸ˜‚πŸ’¨

September finished at 17.5 sales, and while we hit a little dry spell at the end of the month, that’s the car business! πŸ˜‚ So what better way to kick off October than with a fresh one!

Josh and his dad were checking out cars in our back lot yesterday when I walked by and introduced myself. I told them if they saw anything they liked, come find me. And that’s exactly what they did!

They spotted the 2026 Civic Sport in Silver, but there was one small problem… it had literally just come off the truck!

I had Josh drive a white one so he could get a feel for the car, and he loved it. But that Silver Civic was just too good to pass up. So we worked everything out, got the paperwork handled, and this morning Josh came back to pick it up!

Taylor reached out about our new Odyssey inventory and stopped by yesterday with the kids to make sure the Odyssey would be the right fit for their family. Their 2022 Traverse just wasn’t cutting it anymore, so we got to work finding the right upgrade!

After checking it out, we landed on the 2026 Odyssey Sport-L. And apparently, Taylor had a theme going… she went from all black everything to….. all black everything! βœ”οΈ

She came back today, we got everything worked out, and before long she was driving out of here in her new Odyssey!

Alice was here having her vehicle serviced and was walking around the showroom when we started talking about what she might want next. She had recently inherited her 2018 CR-V from a family member who passed away, so this was a pretty meaningful decision.

She liked the CR-V, but wanted something a little smaller and, most importantly, not silver! πŸ˜‚ She also mentioned that she had previously owned a Ford Escape that she really loved.

As luck would have it, I had just the one: a 2023 Ford Escape ST-Line in White with only about 6,000 miles! πŸ™Œ

Alice took her time, thought everything over, and ultimately decided today that it was time to make the switch.
