So, it’s around 2am, I grab this Door Dash order thinking it’s just a normal drop off… “Instructions say: ‘Leave it on the welcome mat with my name on it.’” Cool, simple.

Except… when I pull up, there’s no house, just… a big gated property. I drive in thinking it’s maybe a huge estate… WELP, nope. My GPS says “You’ve arrived,” and I look up… and I’m sitting there like, no way. 😭

So I get out, shine my flashlight… and BOOM, right there in front of me is a sign with the SAME name as on the order. I drop that McDonald’s bag so fast, take a quick photo, and run back to my car.

Then my phone buzzes… “You forgot my drink.” I look in the passenger seat & the drink’s GONE. 🥶

At that point, I just said, NOPE… and drove away. Still got a 5-star rating, but when I checked the app this morning… the order was still marked as ‘in progress.’ I had to call Door Dash and manually cancel it.
