Protecting Our Home Waters 🌊
Hell’s Bay Boatworks was proud to participate in Ocean Aid 360’s Ghost Trap Rodeo recently in Titusville—right here in our home waters of the Indian River Lagoon.
More than 60 volunteers came together to remove an incredible 6,397 pounds of marine debris, including 123 lost or abandoned crab traps. These traps can continue harming fish, wildlife and sensitive habitat long after they are lost, making recovery efforts like this especially important.
We’re grateful to Ocean Aid 360, and everyone who donated their time, boats and hard work to help protect this extraordinary estuary.
