This is a good example of why we try to get customers to purchase quality parts… but sometimes even the quality parts are junk out of the box as well. This is a brand new Murray heater core that leaked out of the box. Another Free 6 hour job later and we will get this customers car fixed up and on the road again. Maybe this heater core did pass a visual quality control inspection and that’s why there wasn’t a need for a pressure check 😂🤷‍♂️

We got some new metal at MorrSpeed! Roof is coming next. Thanks to Hocutt Roofing for getting me fixed up and shop looking loads better!

Installing another external oil cooler for a customers 6.0 Ford today. These parts are further preventive maintenance for “bulletproofing” your 6.0. Having head studs in your engine only eliminates one issue these trucks have. The oil simply gets too hot due to the factory cooler and location, causing burnt high pressure o rings then a no start condition when the engine is hot!
