Closed early June 15th for our annual offsite team event. This year the team went over highway 6 to Oswego Grill in Wilsonville for lunch and then drove a short distance to Pats Acres in Canby to ride go karts. Teams had three 15-minute sessions and competition was tough, but in the end James came in first with a 51.9 best lap time, Cory second with a 52.4 and Chris third with a 53.1. Was a really good way for the team to celebrate another year together at Tillamook Diesel.

Time flies .... some might have noticed we "Closed shop early" today to celebrate the 1 year anniversary as new owners.

Ordered our favorite cupcakes from SaraSotas and had a special Prime Rib at our local favorite spot for early dinner with our staff and SOP's.

Cory, Jay, Nicole, Chris, Jack and James enjoyed receiving their new swag aka gifts to "represent" Tillamook Diesel Repair. Missing due to conflicts were Barry and Judy who are still a big part of the family.

Cummins ISX engine from the white truck (wrecked) was removed and navistar engine from this red truck was removed, then "patiently" massaged back into place was the Cummins ISX in its new home.

Decent amount of trial and error as well as patience by the team getting everything working as it should.

Successful FRIDAY!
Local businesses off of 101 know the painful lessons of flooding.

So after 10+ years of being impacted for days by reoccurring flooding in local area of Tillamook, we decided to make an investment. Thanks to Quick Dam we were able to keep 16" of water from entering our shop today.

With the appropriate warnings, alerts, we deployed last night and came into a dry shop this am and we're able to service clients vehicles as planned.

Today we are able to put in a full day with no issues! SUCCESSFUL SHOP Friday!

There is nothing like pulling a frame rail that is well over 30+ feet after the guys disconnect EVERYTHING.

140+ holes were drilled and 65+ hours of work put in by our guys.

Crucial that everything that was pulled, drilled and replaced be perfectly lined up to enable the reconnection of the driveline, engine and body. Great job done for one tough project here at the shop.
