Meet Jasmine 👋

If you’ve called, texted, emailed, dropped off a truck, asked for an update, or generally needed to know what in the world is going on with your vehicle lately… there’s a good chance you’ve already met Jasmine. 😂

Jasmine is officially joining the Back Forty crew as our Service Advisor, which means she’ll be handling customer communication, helping keep everyone updated, building estimates, scheduling, and generally helping us keep the chaos organized as we continue to grow.

And y’all, she’s good.

She’s picked up an absolutely ridiculous amount in a short period of time, asks great questions, and has already become such a great addition to our team.

She is also still training, because apparently we cannot download several years of diesel repair knowledge directly into someone’s brain. We’ve checked.

So if she ever has to say, “Let me ask Zach,” give her a little grace. 😂 There is A LOT to learn, and she’s learning it.

We’re incredibly excited about what adding Jasmine allows us to do.
Better communication, better systems, and more room for Back Forty to grow without sacrificing the level of service we want to give our customers.

So help us officially welcome Jasmine, our Service Advisor. 💚💙

🚨 Last call before our Labor Day week shutdown!

This is our final week in the shop before we close September 7–11.

At this point, our schedule for major repairs is full, and those jobs will be scheduled for after we reopen on Monday, September 14.

If you need a quick repair, diagnostic, or routine maintenance, give us a call as soon as possible. We'll do our best to fit you in before we head out.

To everyone who has trusted us with their truck, referred a friend, shared a post, or simply cheered us on, thank you. Y'all have kept us busier than we ever imagined, and we're incredibly grateful.

We'll be back September 14, rested and recharged. Ready to diagnose!

Now if your truck could avoid developing a new noise while we're closed... we'd all appreciate that. 😂💙💚

It’s easy to get caught up in the next job, the next problem, and the never-ending list of things we want to improve. Then you catch a view like this and realize… dang. We’re building a pretty cool little shop around here.

A few months ago, a couple found their way to our shop after breaking down on the interstate traveling from Wisconsin to Florida. The part they needed was backordered, but with some incredible help from our O’Reilly reps, we were able to track one down and get them back on the road.

Yesterday, they stopped back by, not because they needed anything, but because they remembered us. 🥹
John handmade these pens for us (Rachel got purple💜), and they even brought us a sampler of b**r from Wisconsin.

They came through our doors as strangers having a bad day and came back months later just to say thank you. There are a lot of long days in this business, but moments like this remind us why we do what we do.

Thank you for remembering us and bringing a little piece of Wisconsin back to Georgia 💙💚

⏰ Friendly reminder!

Our Labor Day week shutdown is almost here!

Back Forty Diesel Truck Repair will be closed September 7–11, and we'll reopen Monday, September 14.

If you've been thinking, "I need to call them about my truck..." this is your sign. 😅

Our schedule before the closure is filling up quickly, and we're no longer scheduling major repairs until after we reopen. We want to make sure every truck gets the time and attention it deserves instead of rushing a big job before we leave.

Need an oil change, diagnostics, or a smaller repair? Reach out soon—we may still be able to fit you in before the break.

Thank you for keeping us busy, trusting us with your trucks, and sending your friends and family our way. We don't take it for granted.

We'll see y'all back in the shop on September 14, rested, recharged, and ready to get back after it. 💙💚

📅 Labor Day Week Closure Notice

We wanted to give everyone plenty of notice that Back Forty Diesel Truck Repair will be closed Monday, September 7 through Friday, September 11.

The good news? Thanks to all of you, our schedule is already filling up before then. 💙💚

If your truck needs a major repair (engine work, head gaskets, injectors, turbos, etc.), we'll likely need to schedule it after we return on Monday, September 14 to make sure we can give it the time and attention it deserves.

Smaller repairs and maintenance may still have limited availability before we close, so give us a call sooner rather than later if you've been meaning to get on the schedule.

As always, thank you for your referrals, your repeat business, and for keeping us busy enough to have "calendar anxiety." It's a good problem to have, and we appreciate every single one of you.
