A before-and-after! Built this Warn 8274 for a customer who dropped it off in a milk crate. Lots of upgrades and it's ready for another 40 years! It's got a 6hp Warn motor, brakes mods, and a new contactor that gets rid of the solenoids. Power goes from 8000lb to 10,000lbs!
