Every month, Xceldyne's day shift team members who have a birthday in that month are treated to breakfast and a "Roundtable with the CEO," a chance to connect, share ideas, and be celebrated.

But what about our night shift crew? We didn't forget them! Each night shift employee picks a special treat to share with their coworkers on their big day. This month we had three birthdays close together, so the celebration was extra sweet. 🧁

Good food, great company, and a sweet treat to top it all off! 🍽️🍧

Xceldyne's monthly company lunch was a perfect opportunity to take a break, enjoy time together, and celebrate our team. This month's highlight? Delicious Hawaiian shaved ice from a local food truck, Frosty's Hawaiian Shaved Ice. It was just what we needed to beat the heat!

Moments like these remind us that building a great workplace is about more than just the work, it's about the people we get to share it with!

What a night at Bowman Gray Stadium! The weather was perfect; the racing was incredible; and Xceldyne employees enjoyed spending time together with family and friends at one of our favorite annual events. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Last Thursday was our first cookout of the 2026 season and it was a lovely day! Our weekend shift also had a freshly grilled meal on Saturday!

Although it's supposed to get hot today, right now there are beautiful skies and a light breeze! Davidson-Davie Community College is hosting their Spring Job Fair today until 1:00. Xceldyne is pleased to be a part of this community event!

It's almost Valentine's Day! And you know what that means...it's also Daytona Race Week! At Xceldyne, the two go hand in hand and we like to have a little extra fun during this busy working season. This year we had candy, novelty gifts, and race car-themed Valentine cards.
