Sharing a local option for anyone whose HOA won't allow a boat or RV in the driveway.

I know a lot of folks around here run into this — you finally get the boat or camper, and then you find out the neighborhood rules say it can't sit at home.

Just wanted to share a local option for anyone in that spot: Bales Mini Warehouses and Open Air Storage, just south of Thomasville on US-319, has open-air spaces for exactly this. Boats, RVs, campers, trailers — plenty of room, easy drive-up access, month-to-month with no gate codes.

The nice part is the owners, Gary and Sandra Bales, live right on the property (since 1983!), so your rig's got real eyes on it around the clock instead of just a camera. Keeps you in good standing with the HOA and your boat close by for the weekend.

Handy for folks around Thomasville, Beachton, Grady County, and north Tallahassee.
