Very important when you hear scrubbing under your hood definitely should check it this was the ending result of this 5.4 triton belt tensioner came apart due to the continuous driving the pulley ate through the timing cover into the timing chain guide would have been a new engine if the belt had not came off and the had not gotten it looked at
Ended up complete timing job timing cover and brand new intake
