Philip's favorite part of the job is getting to the root cause of a problem and finding a permanent fix for our customers. Not a patch, not a temporary solution, the real fix. 🔧 That's the standard he holds himself and our crew to every single day.

When he's not running operations, you'll find him out on the water fishing, cooking up something good, or spending time with family and, of course, Biscuit, the one and only Bolton Equipment shop dog. 🐾

Meet Michelle Bourgeois, our Office Manager, who has just celebrated three years with Bolton Equipment! 🎉

Michelle's favorite part of the job is the sense of community, and if you ask her, our techs are basically the little brothers she never had.
