There are certain people in this world who have the gift of impacting and influencing those around them in monumental ways. For over 20 years, Mario Hernandez has impacted so many of those who have had the pleasure of working and building a culture alongside of him. We would like to recognize this monumental achievement of his and say, thank you, for all of the opportunities he has provided.
From a single dealership to a team of more than 500 across the Northwest, Mario Hernandez’s journey with Teton Auto Group is built on people, purpose, and giving back. Since opening Teton Toyota in 2005, Mario’s leadership has been guided by strong values, a people-first mindset and a deep commitment to the communities he serves. His nomination recognizes decades of impact inside the dealership and far beyond it.
The TIME Dealer of the Year program honors new-car dealers in America who demonstrate exceptional performance in their dealerships while also performing distinguished community service. Dealers are nominated by members of the Automotive Trade Association Executives (ATAE), and the winner is acknowledged at the annual NADA Show.
The TIME Dealer of the Year Award will be presented on February 5, 2026, at the NADA TIME Dealer of the Year Ceremony in Las Vegas, NV.
