This tiny house features an 12x15 covered front porch with craftsman columns, and raised double clerestories!

The exterior is finished in classic grey painted Hardi lap exterior, and cedar accents.

Inside, the open floorplan teatures shiplap wood accents, stained soffits, a pantry, queen sized downstairs bedroom with a huge walk-in closet, and tile walls above a full sized TUB!

A massive upstairs loft with drawers in the stairs and extra built in cabinets for extra storage and sleeping space!

A moveable island, under cabinet lighting, a convection/air fryer micro with drop in stove complete the kitchen.

The real star of this house is the amazing bathroom!

The custom tile work is on one whole wall including into the double glass shower enclosure, a first of its kind for us!

The bathroom ceiling is capped and features stained wood, giving a spa like feel, and adding storage space above.
