As my husbandâs wife, I feel the need to say something.
I see firsthand the amount of time, energy, and sacrifice that goes into this business every single day. This isnât a âclock in and clock outâ kind of job. These guys work 16+ hour days, 7 days a week, to make sure customers get quality builds and quality work. The shop stays full because people know the work speaks for itself.
Do they answer every message immediately? No. Sometimes messages get overlooked, especially when the same questions are being asked repeatedly throughout the day. We have one person handling social media and communication while also helping run daily operations, and he works harder than most people will ever realize.
But one thing I can promise is thisâŚ.the jobs get done. Some projects finish early, some on time, and sometimes delays happen that are completely out of our control. Thatâs part of custom work and large builds. The customers we appreciate most are the ones who trust the process, respect the workload, and understand that quality takes time.
What will no longer be tolerated is the public bashing of this business or the people working behind the scenes. Disrespectful comments, harassment, and attacking employees will be removed immediately, and you will be banned from the page. We have zero tolerance for that behavior.
If you do not trust this company or the process, then please choose another company that better fits your expectations. That is completely your choice. But the constant negativity and disrespect toward people who are working themselves to exhaustion will not continue on this page.
To the customers who continue to support this business, trust the process, and appreciate the hard work behind the scenesâŚthank you. It truly means more than you know.
