🚨 ATTENTION WABASH VALLEY DRAGWAY RACERS! 🚨

🏁 OFFICIAL 2028 TESLA ROADSTER RULES UPDATE 🏁

With the introduction of the new Tesla Roadster, WVD Race Control would like to clarify a few rules before the 2027 racing season.

✅ WATER BOX: Racers are permitted to use the hover/flying feature to bypass the water box. Flying over the water box is perfectly acceptable!

🚦 STAGING: Please make sure your thrusters are NOT facing downward when entering the staging beams. Doing so will automatically RED LIGHT both you AND your opponent! 🔴

🚫 DOWNWARD-FACING THRUSTERS: The use of downward-facing thrusters at ANY point during a run will result in IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION!

🚀 REAR-FACING THRUSTERS:

* Super Pro: ✅ Permitted, as long as ALL FOUR TIRES remain in contact with the racing surface throughout the run.
* Pro: ❌ STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
* Sportsman: ❌ STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

⛔ PIT AREA RULES: Flying or hovering around the pits is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! All vehicles must remain on the ground while traveling through the pit area. We already have enough trouble with golf carts and pit bikes. We don’t need airborne Teslas!

⚠️ Any violation of these rules may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the facility.

Wabash Valley Dragway remains an important part of what we do, and we’re proud of everything we’ve accomplished here alongside our incredible racers, staff, sponsors, and racing families.

🏆 DIVISION 3 CHAMPION!! 🏆

A HUGE congratulations to Kynlee Darr on winning the 6–9 Year Old Championship at the 2026 NHRA North Central Division 3 JDRL Finals! 🏁💪

Kynlee battled her way through the competition at Wagler Motorsports Park and came out on top, earning the title of DIVISION 3 CHAMPION! 🏆

What an incredible accomplishment for this young racer! The future of our sport is bright when you see kids like Kynlee out there competing, going rounds, and bringing home a Division Championship.

Congratulations to Kynlee, her family, and the entire team! Enjoy that Wally — you earned it! 🏆💗🏁
