My biggest competition isn’t the 20 other body shops in town… it’s the insurance companies doing everything they can to steer people away from shops like mine before the phone ever rings.
My shop, and I believe only one other shop in this area, is NOT a “preferred” shop for any insurance company. That’s because we don’t operate by the insurance company’s rules. We repair vehicles correctly using quality parts and proper manufacturer repair procedures instead of doing things cheaper and faster to keep insurance daddy happy.
There’s no telling how many people never even call us because they’re pressured into believing they HAVE to use the insurance company’s shop.
You don’t.
The insurance company pays the same regardless of what shop you choose. The difference is HOW your vehicle gets repaired once it gets there.
Not all repairs are equal. Not all shops are equal.
