It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our founder, Marvin Winkler.

His love for tow trucks started in the mid 1950's during his time in the Army in El Paso, TX where he worked as an operator. Marvin started this company with a simple goal; to help people in our community when they needed it most. Through long nights, tough calls, and years of dedication, he built more than a towing company… he built a family and a reputation our town could trust.
We will always be grateful for his leadership, hard work, and the values he passed down to all of us.

Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers. His legacy will live on in every truck we send out and every person we help along the road.

Our Temple Towing office will be closed tomorrow, January 26th.

Our tow trucks will still be operating. If you have to be out, please drive with caution.
Remember to slow down and move over for law enforcement, tow trucks, or anyone broken down on the side of the road.

Although Thanksgiving has not yet arrived,
we would like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!

Please note that our office will be closed this Thursday and Friday to allow our team to spend quality time with their families. While the office will be closed, our phone lines will remained staffed 24/7, and our tow trucks will be fully operational and ready to assist as you need.
As a reminder, please SLOW DOWN and MOVE OVER for all roadside workers. This simple act helps keep our drivers safe and gives them a chance to make it home and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with their family.

Temple Towing has an immediate, full-time opening for the position of towing operator.

Duties include: towing, recovery and transport of wrecked and/or broken down vehicles. Perform minor roadside assistance calls consisting of: jump starts, lockouts, tire changes and gas delivery.

Qualified candidates MUST live in the Bell County area and preferably in the immediate Temple/Belton area. Operators must be able to respond to calls in a timely manner. Good communication skills and customer service skills are a must. Current TDLR certification and a Class A CDL is helpful, but not necessary. We will train the right individual.

We operate in a 24/7/365 industry. Ability to work in inclement weather conditions are also a must.
