That would raise our costs of doing business and we would have to pass those costs on to our customers. Instead, we chose to build Tempe Dodge one relationship and one customer at a time. Because of this, a large part of our business each month is from repeat and referral customers. We truly feel that the sale of the vehicle is just the beginning, not the end. Thanks to our loyal customers, our Tempe Sales, Parts and Service Departments have grown steadily year after year. It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our longtime friend and coworker, Jeff Hagan.

For more than 21 years, Jeff was a familiar face around our dealership—but more importantly, he was a genuinely good person who made this a better place to come to every day.

Jeff worked in sales, but anyone who knew him knew he was never about pressure or a hard sell. He simply wanted to help people, treat them honestly, and make sure they were taken care of. That was just who Jeff was.

And no matter how busy the day was, you could always count on a smile and a hello from him.

After more than two decades together, it's difficult to imagine this place without Jeff walking through the doors. We will miss his kindness, his smile, his friendship, and the little everyday moments that made him Jeff.

Our thoughts are with his family, friends, coworkers, and the countless customers he helped over the years.

Thank you for 21+ years of friendship, laughs, smiles, and memories, Jeff. You will be deeply missed. ❤️
