This 1962 Zagato bodied Austin Martin DB4 got a new rear windshield! Had to go the old school route and make a buck to send out and get one custom formed to the unique body shape. First we shaped a sheet of aluminum to fit the shape, then installed some ribbing on the back side. After that some bodywork and primer on the face of it ensures the flattest possible result. Once we got our new piece back to Aircraft Windshield we just had to glue it in then it’s off to the races!

This 67 3-door GMC Suburban showed up to the shop disassembled with all the parts in random boxes with a bucket full of hardware. The customer had it painted 12 years ago in California and we took on the task of rescuing the build!! Now she is done and back on the road!!

Some before and after photos of this 1968 Camaro RS insurance job. The customer lost brakes and had a bad time… Along with all new front suspension, we upgraded to some disc brakes as well as wrapping around the whole car with some fresh paint! The customer decided to do a stripe delete which was a good call. Now they are back on the road with some more stopping power and looking great!!

The 76 c10 bed notch is almost complete!! Just a fuel filler cap and a slight drive shaft notch to finish up!! After that we are onto the front end mock up!! It’s gonna be awesome to see this one laying on the ground with some wheels and tires!!

Our customer Jerry finally got his 67 RS Camaro on the road and cleaned house at its first show!! This ex fighter pilot, and recently retired Southwest pilot is living out his ultimate fantasy!! His wife bout him the car, then he decided to stuff a twin turbo LSX into it… Leading to a ground up restoration!! Our crew here at KGs was tasked with rust repair, custom engine bay sheet metal work, bodywork, paint, polish and the paint sensitive fit n finish!! Super stoked on how it turned out!! Congrats and well deserved Jerry!!

Our Camaro build is coming along!! Suspension installed, exhaust fabricated, and decisions for coatings and colors have been made!! Time to pull it all out and fabricate a firewall!!

A 1963 Corvair is taking up the mechanical lift today!! It came in two weeks ago to fix a leaking transmission and engine. A new oil pan gasket on the motor fixed the engine leaks, including an upgraded finned oil pan to allow for more oil capacity and lower engine temps!! The transmission was sent out and rebuilt due to the fact that it needed to be resealed all the way around, so having it inspected at that point is always a good idea!! Hopeful to send this one home tomorrow!!

Our first Palm Green/Sand Green bus we’ve painted here at the shop!! Delivered a while ago to a long time customer for him to finalize assembly and get it back on the road!! The owner has been working on this project for about 20 years, soon he will have his dream complete and cruising down the road!!
