____HIRING AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS___

JOB DUTIES:
- Inspect, maintain, diagnose, & repair customer vehicles (oil service, brakes, oil leaks, coolant leaks, AC, suspension, check engine light, etc)
- Test vehicle post repair for quality control
- Communicate condition & status of vehicle
with the shop foreman/owner & service advisor (no direct customer interactions).
- Little to no paperwork (documentation & parts ordering are handled by the service advisor).
- Keep a clean, organized work space
- We work as a team. Donโt hesitate to ask for help.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Full time
- Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm
- No weekends
- Paid vacations, holidays, & sick time
- Employee discount on parts
- Use of facility for personal vehicles
- Special tools are supplied by us
- No warranty work
- No customer interactions
COMPENSATION:
- 40 hours per week *GUARANTEED*
- Starting is $20-35/hour depending on experience
- Pay adjustments as often as needed depending on performance
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of experience *minimum*
- Strong R&R skills are important to us (ie: putting things back together correctly, knowing which bolt goes where, & staying organized)
- Diagnostic skills are a bonus & highly valued. You will be compensated accordingly if your skills are accurate.
- Knowledge of a European make (ie: Mercedes, BMW, LR/Jag, VW/Audi) is preferred, but not required
- Basic tool set
- Clean, valid driverโs license

Ivi, the owner and shop foreman, completed his training in Europe and has 36 years of experience.
