A woman came in and told us why she’d walked out of the last dealership she visited.

She had gone there to look at mobile homes.

But before they would even show her one, they wanted to check her credit and qualify her.

The crazy part?

She was paying cash.

She didn’t need financing. She didn’t need to see what she could get approved for.

She just wanted to look at some homes.

So she left.

When she told us that story, it stuck with us because that’s just not how we like to do things at Korte Homes.

If you come in and want to look at homes, we’ll show you homes.

You don’t have to fill out a credit application just to walk through the door. And we’re not going to ask you for a deposit before you’re ready to move forward.

Some days you move dirt. 😂

There’s a lot more that goes into getting a manufactured home onto somebody’s property than most people ever see.

By the time everything is finished, all you see is the house sitting there like it’s always belonged.

You don’t see the equipment.

The dirt.

The tools.

The work happening underneath the home.

Or all the little problems that have to get figured out along the way.
