Consumer Policyholder engages ADE's President and founder, Barrett Smith to act as their Appraiser in a Right to Appraisal - Dispute Resolution Process to resolve a dispute with their insurer regarding the replacement value of their 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T S**t Pack (Wide Body). of which the customer had purchased 11-months earlier and had 12,262 miles of use.
The insurer (Progressive) stood firm on their final offer of $36,000.00 for the vehicle's replacement value. The policyholder was seeking $42,000.00.
As a result of ADE's involvement, the pre-loss value was agreed upon at $49,000.00 (plus sales tax, and registration transfer fees) for the total settlement amount of $52,065.00.
