Pro Auto Care, Inc Pro Auto Collision is a CARSTAR Body Shop in Tampa, Fl. Our technicians are ASE and I-CAR certified and we use only quality replacement parts.

We have been serving the Tampa Bay area proudly for over 30 years, continually updating our equipment and training our employees on the latest repair procedures. At Pro Auto Care we understand that finding time to bring your vehicle in for scheduled maintenance or the cost of an unexpected repair can be stressful, that is why we are committed to providing the best customer experience. ablished 1987

After owning several service stations and repair centers in northeast Ohio John decided to relocate to sunny Tampa Florida. Shortly after his move to Florida in 1987, John established Pro Auto Care a small 1500 sq ft one man operation on Linebaugh Avenue. After just two short years Pro Auto care had out grown its space and moved to a facility twice its original size. In 1990 Dan the youngest of John’s five sons left his job as a certified welder in Ohio and came to work at Pro Auto Care. Then the following year 1991 Johns oldest son John Jr an ASE certified auto technician left his job at Firestone Tires and Service centers to join Pro Auto Care. Always looking for ways to generate more business the family decided to buy a tow truck, so in 1993 Action Towing was born. Joined by Johns fourth son Mark in 1996 a collision technician and painter from Ohio. Pro Auto Care was again looking to expand, this time into the collision repair business. Needing more space John again moved his business this time to a 6000 sq ft building on Sheldon Rd. Today after continuous building improvements and equipment upgrades Pro Auto Care and Action Towing have grown to over 11,000 sq ft, has 10 tow trucks and employs 27 hard working people.
