Then vs. Now: 50 years later, and still a Buckeye at heart! 🏈

We are incredibly proud of our very own, Marty Cusick, who was honored on the field at Ohio Stadium for the 50th anniversary of the 1976 Ohio State Football Team! Seeing him back on the turf brought back all the amazing memories.

See the original 1976 team photo - look closely and you can spot Marty kneeling front and center wearing #96! Once a Buckeye, always a Buckeye.

Today, we get to celebrate someone who spends a lot of his time celebrating and serving others.

Our owner, John Murphy, has been named a 2026 Franchisee of the Year by the International Franchise Association, recognizing his leadership, community outreach, investment in people, and service to others.

Those of us who get to work alongside John know that these aren’t just things he talks about. They’re part of the way he leads.

He invests in his team. He cares deeply about the guests we serve. He believes in giving back to the communities we’re fortunate to be part of. And through it all, he continues to remind us what it looks like to Love Your Neighbor.

We’re incredibly proud to see that kind of leadership recognized, and even more grateful to experience it firsthand.

Congratulations, John. We’re proud to call you our leader.

Recently, after receiving a vehicle to donate, CBA Ocotillo gave their time, talent and expertise to ensure it was safe and reliable on the road. Once it was ready, they began praying about who should receive it. As they sought God’s direction, one organization kept coming to mind: Teen Challenge Home of Hope.

When the team reached out to the home’s director, they discovered one of the ministry’s staff members, Jewells, had been faithfully praying for reliable transportation. A graduate of Home of Hope herself, Jewells chose to remain after completing the program, first serving as an intern before joining the staff. Today, she dedicates her life to serving the women and children who find refuge and healing through the ministry.

The director shared that she and Jewells had been praying specifically for a vehicle and believed God had already promised to provide one. The call from the Ocotillo team was the answer they had been waiting for.

Tires are a large investment, and you want to get the most out of them. Regular rotations help both your alignment and suspension components.

Remember, uneven tires can lead to a rougher ride, poor handling, and less traction in inclement weather. 🛞
