A long day into 2.5 minutes and another softail rigified. Fixture, save the axle plates, chop it in half, rebuild the backbone & file, dry fit rails & wishbone, burn in, hand file, blend, machine the transmission mounts, make the seat bar and it’s a done deal. Looking forward to what the owner does with this’n!

1994 Softail ready to ship!
- hard tail conversation, fender mount (customer to make own sissy bar), neck shave & gas tank mount, stock oil tank modification & mount, set for a 4” ride height (level) with a 5.00-16 tire. Looking forward to seeing how this comes out.

Another softail - hardtail conversion using the axle plates from the original swingarm. I prefer to lob them off in front of the ugly seat plate and rebuild the last six-ish inches of backbone, imo it looks cleaner. Not the only way…my way!
