J&K Enterprises offers an easy way to manage your customer database and provide personalized card mailings throughout the year. Our customer database management service includes tracking vehicle information, vehicle anniversaries, lease terms, birthdays, vehicle trades, and address changes. Simply provide your customer’s information, and we will create and maintain a customer database for you.
The 50% discount does not include the data entry fee.
Our services also include working with you to provide an excellent way of keeping your name on the customer’s mind. Yearly mailings include a birthday and vehicle anniversary card as well as a holiday card in December. At the time of vehicle purchase, the customer will also receive a thank you card. The personalized cards will let the customer know you care, which will develop referral and repeat sales.

Monthly service fees are as follows:
$30.00 per month to manage up to 150 clients in your database.
Add $11 per month for every 75 units added as follows:
$41.00 per month to manage up to 225 clients in your database.
$52.00 per month to manage up to 300 clients in your database.
$63.00 per month to manage up to 375 clients in your database.
There is a one-time data entry charge which is the same as the monthly fee. This fee covers keying in past buyers orders into the database.
