Over a decade ago we opened the doors to Red Hills Powersports. Since that day we have been blessed to be part of many happy memories. During our journey, we have come to consider our team, our customers, and the powersports community an extension of our family. And just like our own families, the riding community has continued to grow.
It has been more than a year since I received that early morning call letting me know our building was fully engulfed in flames. I was in shock standing in front of everything we built, watching it burn. I’ll admit I was scared. Would we recover as a business? How were we going to take care of our staff? How will we make our customers whole? But, as I stood there in disbelief, members of our team began to show up and stand beside me. Word spread and customers began to show. Without hesitation, everyone rolled up their sleeves to help. From that day forward we have been consistently humbled by the outpouring of support from everyone around us. We truly could not have risen from the literal or proverbial ashes without you all.
We have always aimed to support the growth of the powersports community, and today is no different. We have had an incredible year thanks to our team’s effort to see it through. We didn’t know where the powersports journey would take us, but we have been fortunate to be a part of something wonderful. Over the last few years, various companies have approached us about buying Red Hills Powersports, but the timing wasn’t right. However, after many conversations and much soul-searching, we have decided the potential for growth within the Red Hills team and the resources to the community afforded by a larger company outweigh the uncertainty of letting go of the reins.
As of Feb 7th, 2023, Red Hills Powersports will officially become RideNow Powersports. I, along with my sister, Casie, who is also our Director of Marketing, will be returning to our aviation roots with Flightline Group, Inc. However, you will still see many of the familiar faces you know and love when you come in.
From our family to yours, we can’t thank you enough for the years of support and friendships! We look forward to watching RideNow and the team continue to grow the Red Hills legacy.
