For many years, Steve’s Service Shop has proudly served our community, and we are truly grateful for the trust and support you have given our family business throughout the years. Building relationships with our customers has always meant more to us than simply repairing vehicles, and we take great pride in the reputation we have worked hard to build.
Recently, Steve began taking steps toward semi-retirement, which led to the hiring of James to help continue serving our customers. Over the past year, however, we have listened closely to concerns, complaints, and the unfortunate loss of business resulting from the way business was being conducted. We believe our customers deserve honesty, respect, and quality service, and we take those concerns seriously.
Effective 3 weeks ago James is no longer employed with Steve’s Service Shop.
To the customers who stayed loyal to us and to those who chose to go elsewhere, we want you to know that we hear you, and we sincerely ask for another opportunity to earn your trust and make things right. We invite you to visit us again and bring us your vehicles. I, Steve, personally promise to make sure not only your vehicle is taken care of, but that you are taken care of as well.
