I had to junk my Ecosport because my apt complex would not let me keep 2 cars on the property and I couldn't afford an to licence a car that didn't run

What about a solution for those of us in that situation
Plus the car started to get very moldy
Even with a new engine who would want to drive it. I deserve full reimbursement for my expenses and the value of a running car I still have payments on.

Recent judicial update for Ecoboost class action engine failure.

A Ford EcoBoost lawsuit will continue in court after Ford failed to convince the judge an EcoBoost recall should shut down the class action lawsuit. The Ford EcoBoost lawsuit, filed by 13 plaintiffs, alleges 1-liter 3-cylinder EcoBoost engines contain oil pumps that fail.

So got new recall letter but what about the cars people got rid of but still owe money on. My engine failure was last Oct 2023. I had to buy another car and couldn't park 2 cars at my place. Couldn't insure and licence two cars. Plus when Ford finally took it for diagnostic it was molding inside from no heater for months. This does not address my losses and expense.
