Titus-Will Service & Tire in Downtown Tacoma is growing! We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Automotive Service Advisor that is looking for a fun, friendly, and professional working environment. Excellent customer service and phone skills are a must.
Titus-Will Service & Tire performs maintenance and repairs on all makes and models. We primarily serve Tacoma's North End and Downtown neighborhoods, including our customers who purchased vehicles from Titus-Will Ford, Titus-Will Toyota, and Titus-Will Chevrolet. Titus-Will is a trusted, family owned and operated business since 1938 and a FUN place to work! Many of our service advisors have made a career of working on our TEAM. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits plan, including PTO, medical, dental, and 401K plan. Full time position. Monday-Friday. Interviews will be conducted at Titus-Will Service & Tire, 616 Broadway, Tacoma WA 98402.

Responsibilities
Oversee service orders and flow of service drive. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
Distribute work between technicians efficiently
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary
Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department
Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations
