Retail Aftermarket Parts Sales Associate
Total Offroad & More is looking to fill an open Assistant Manager position in their Tacoma, WA location. We specialize in suspension, wheels and tires, and thousands of other aftermarket accessories for Jeeps, trucks, and SUVs.
Qualifications:
Previous retail management and sales experience with parts sales experience.
Experience In Aftermarket Automotive Parts Sales Or Service, 4x4 Parts & Service experience preferred but not required.
Ability to run the retail counter, and delegate daily tasks
Ability to multitask various customer needs situations throughout the workday.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods throughout the workday.
Ability to lift 50 pounds multiple times per day.
Ability to work Saturdays.
Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
Assisting customers with selecting the proper parts needed to transform their vehicle with the customization they envision.
Advising customers of additional work needed if issues are found during the installation process.
Hitting monthly sales targets at both an individual and store level.
Scheduling installations of parts sold.
Receiving/unloading/shelving/organizing of product in stockroom.
Working overtime if needed and as directed by management.
Compensation: Competitive wage based on experience plus commission
Salary: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
