Been quiet on here, but the shop hasn’t slowed down. We’ve just been too busy building cool parts like this Allison 1000 33 spline transmission adapter for newer GM trucks. This was a challenge start to finish but we pulled it off for our good friends over at . Bobby was instrumental in getting us all the data we needed to make it happen. Every part on this is custom including the bearing and seal!

Big thanks to everyone that supports us. We’ll be posting alot more moving forward.

Some 32 gallon fuel cell mounts fresh off the press brake for a couple shop truck builds we got going on. These will be available for purchase on the website in a few days as complete kits with fuel cell or just the mount. We also have a 22 gallon version. A couple 2” dia big shaft Titan Series Cases heading to some heavy hitters up in Canada. One 24” drop and One 16” drop case. Another 16” drop case out the door today heading to Florida. We had an odd request from the customer to install the input shaft from the opposite side of the case as per his requirements. 2024 was a battle every step of the way fighting broken equipment every time we turned around but we finally tracked the problem down to high incoming power to the shop. At one time we had all 3 of our Cnc machines broken at once which made us dig the old jigs out of the container and go back to making parts on the manual machines like back when we started out. This was not very productive but we kept chugging along slowly but surely. We wasted a lot of time and money trying to figure out what was going wrong and fixing equipment but we’re happy to say we made it out the other side and we’re back on track better then ever. I can’t thank everyone of you guys that supports us and stuck with us when lead times were stupid long. We haven’t posted much lately but just wanted to let you guys know we’re still here and building baddass trucks and products. We got 2 new complete builds coming out this spring so be on the lookout for those. Let us know how we can help on your next project.

Way back in 2014 when we first started building transfer cases we always had it in our plans to have an upgraded 2” dia shaft version. I’m actually very surprised it’s taken this long to get to this point but we decided to let it play out and see where the breaking point actually is. Over a decade later we can count on one hand how many failures we’ve had but there’s always room for improvement. We have 2 guys who really push the limits of these cases and they’re both big big hp diesel, big tire, super heavy trucks. So it seems like the limit is 13,000lbs+ , 1000+hp diesel, and big tire. The combination of super heavy weight and massive torque of the diesel coupled with a huge tire seems to be the limit. So we introduce the “Titan Series” boxes new for 2024.

A bunch of shafts we sent out last week. Some re-tubed 1480 series high angle shafts on the left look tiny compared to the massive 1610 series high angle shafts we built on the right. The 1610 shafts are 5 ton fl**ge at the tcase and Axletech(wide) at the axle side. Theres even a 1550 series shaft in the middle we re-tubed as well. All these shafts were built with heavy duty 3.50” OD x .134 wall tube and custom machined ends by us. Please contact us at 609-668-4278 for all your driveline needs.
