We had a good problem. Our engineers got too fast.

Once Impel's product and engineering teams picked up Claude Code, features shipped quicker than our customer-facing people could learn to sell and support them. Getting fluent on a new product took three to six months. Decks weren't going to fix that. People learn by doing.
