Even tho we are still closed for public assistance until further notice. Please be aware of the road conditions, especially black ice. Do not follow vehicles to closely try to keep distance in case you need to stop quickly. Also give yourself enough time to get to your destination, And try to maintain a full tank of gas in case your stranded or stuck. Please stay safe and stay warm.

Northwestern Madison County in central New York...
Central Onondaga County in central New York...
* Until 245 PM EST.
* At 139 PM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line extending from near Boonville to near Verona to near Sennett, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Heavy snow and blowing snow. Wind gusts greater than 30 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.
Locations impacted include...
Onondaga, Syracuse, Utica, Rome, De Witt, Sullivan, Van Buren, Oneida, Kirkland and Lenox.
This includes the following highway exits...
Interstate 90 between 31 and 39.

This is a difficult time for some families but we’d like to show our support for our community as well. They have given there life’s, limbs, hands, legs, and more for our country, and they deserve the support and love as they keep our flag rising and being free in this country. Coming this winter season, Sal”s Emergency Roadside Assistance will be back up and running. All efforts are being made regarding new uniforms, payment POS systems, more certs and becoming a LLC, and getting new business bank accounts. We are very pleased to see a long wait turn into success and making are customers know we are there for them as we are here for you. Sal's Emergency Roadside Assistance was first on scene to a 2 vehicle MVA no injuries in Syracuse near Glencove and South Midler.. Supervisor unit 28, was marked first on scene and secured the scene also used flares to warn oncoming traffic. S.E.R.A stayed on scene till Syracuse police arrived and took over scene control.
