Penny works as a dispatcher, helping keep things organized behind the scenes and making sure our drivers and customers are taken care of.

💙 What do you enjoy about working at Pascarella’s?

Meet Our Team Monday! ✨

We’re back with another team spotlight! Each week, we’re introducing you to some of the incredible people who help make Pascarella’s what it is.

This week, we’re continuing our spotlight on the Dispatcher Crew! 📞💬

Everyone, meet Chloe!

She joined the Pascarella’s team in October 2019 and is coming up on 7 years with the company! As one of the voices behind the phones, she helps coordinate calls, communicate with customers, drivers, and keeps daily operations running smoothly.

Her favorite thing about working for Pascarella’s?

“My favorite part about working at Pascarella’s is the close knit, family atmosphere that comes with being part of a small business. Everyone has an important role in the day-to-day operations with a real sense of collaboration and shared responsibility. It’s nice to work somewhere that feels personal, cared for, and where everyone contributes to the success of the company. And of course, the great food and holiday cookies are always a bonus!”

Outside of work, Chloe likes to stay busy and active. Whether she’s running, playing pickleball, coaching soccer, or spending time with her family. She also recently graduated with her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling! 🎓⚽️

We’re so lucky to have Chloe as part of the Pascarella’s family and appreciate everything she brings to our team.

And if Chloe’s voice sounds a little familiar, there’s a reason for that. Her sister, Skye, is also one of our dispatchers — so no, you’re not hearing double when you call us. They really do sound that much alike! 📞

Stay tuned for another Meet Our Team Monday as we continue introducing you to our team! 🚨

🚨 MEET OUR TEAM MONDAY 🚨

We’re kicking off this Monday with meeting Joe! He is a supervisor who has been a crucial part of our team for 10½ years.

⭐ Favorite part of the job:
For him, it’s twofold — meeting new customers every day and working for a small, tight knit, locally family owned business.

🏍️ Outside of work:
When he’s off the clock, Joe enjoys spending time with his grandson and riding his motorcycle through the Adirondacks with his wife of 26 years.

After more than a decade with our team, Joe is an important part of what makes our company feel like family. We’re so very grateful to have him!

Give Joe a 👋 in the comments!

We wanted to take a minute and honor the two brave souls of our local law enforcement officers who were killed in the line of duty this past Sunday. We extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Lieutenant Michael Hoosock and Officer Michael Jensen. Their loss leaves a void not only within their families, but the communities they served as well. In honoring their memory, we not only pay tribute to their courage and bravery but also display our commitment to supporting those who continue to serve and protect our community. Pascarella’s Towing has contributed to a fund for these heroes and will continue to express our solidarity for local law enforcement. If any officers or family of officers find themselves in need of roadside assistance, please let us know so we can take care of you.
