We want to thank everyone of our customers for being patient with us getting through all of these hail damage estimates. We currently have 2 Paintless Dent Repair teams (PDR) on site with a 3rd starting next week to help get through the volume of cars that we have estimated for repairs. So as we progress through our schedule we will continue to add jobs and schedule them out as insurance approval comes through. Depending on the efficiency of these repairs we hope to get more vehicles in as early as possible. Again we appreciate all of our returning as well as new valued customers! It goes without saying that we can’t do what we do without you, but just as important is our valuable team of employees. With all of that said, if you haven’t been contacted to schedule your repairs as of yet, we will continue this next week as we look forward to getting you scheduled as soon as we possibly can!

Well today we got our first round in on getting these hail damage estimates done for customers, literally over 100. No worries though, we will be back at it at 8 A.M. tomorrow to keep assisting everyone in their vehicle repairs. Don’t stress on calling around to try and find a shop to take care of your repairs. We will be your one stop shop.

If other shops can’t/won’t be able to do an estimate for you or treat you as if your business isn’t important to them, than I’d suggest coming to Thompson & Sons. We are family owned and have been a staple in the auto body repair business for decades.

Hello everyone!

Just a litte heads up.

Effective 9/19/2024 there will be a 3.5% convenience fee to use a credit and/or debit card as a form of payment.

There has been a convenience fee on credit cards for a while now, but due to a switch in processing companies that fee will also be applied to debt cards as well.

Cash and check remain fee free.

We continue to have phone issues, the whole Town of Sweetser is experiencing the same problems as us. We have made the phone company aware of this, and they are working to fix the problem.
