🔥 Employee Highlight 🔥

This week’s shoutout goes to Chance, one of our awesome fabricators!

Chance was chosen for representing two of our core values: Humble and Hungry. He’s a quiet guy who lets his work speak for itself. Since moving from Testing to Fabrication, he’s made a big impact and helped take some weight off the rest of the team.

Chance shows his hungry side through his work ethic. He’s always pushing to hit his daily production goals and get the job done. He comes ready to work, stays focused, and keeps pushing himself to do his part.

Chance proves you don’t have to be the loudest guy in the room to make a difference. His hard work and willingness to step up show exactly what Humble and Hungry look like in action.

Thank you, Chance, for everything you bring to the team and for representing our core values every day. We appreciate you! 👏

Every build depends on getting the first steps right.

Josh is at the laser table, turning raw material into the precise pieces our team needs. Getting those cuts right from the beginning keeps the build moving and gives the next person exactly what they need to do their part.

It’s all in how you start.

With more than 8,000 part numbers in our lineup, we grabbed one unit at random to see if our team could guess its part number at first glance.

Some nailed it. Some got close. We all got a good laugh. 😂

Memorizing every number isn’t the point. What matters is knowing the products, understanding the work, and helping customers get the right cooling system, and that’s something this team does well every day.

Throwback Thursday to when Rick left a little piece of Icebox behind at the Cowboy Dinner Tree. 💵

About a month ago, Rick, one of our TIG welders, made the trip out to Cowboy Dinner Tree and found the perfect spot to add one of our Icebox $2 bills to the collection on the wall.

Now, among all the names, dollar bills, and memories left behind over the years, there’s a little piece of RSH hanging there too.

If you ever make the trip out, keep an eye out for it. 👀

When the customer needs something specific, every detail matters.

Zach, one of our skilled TIG welders, putting his experience to work on another oil cooler. Taking his time, paying attention to the details, and making sure the job is done right.

It’s the kind of work that happens every day around here, and the kind of craftsmanship we’re proud to stand behind.

Every day, our testing team puts every unit through the same careful process. Pressurizing, submerging, and inspecting it closely.

Nothing moves forward until they know it’s ready for the job ahead.

🔥 Employee Highlight 🔥

This week’s shoutout goes to Tyler, our Utility Specialist, for being someone the team can always count on to step in and lend a hand.

Last week, Tyler was asked to work in several different areas around the shop, and he was willing to jump in wherever he was needed. He never hesitated to take on a new task and continued to help keep things moving and the workload on track.

One thing that really stands out about Tyler is the attitude he brings to every task. No matter where he is working or what he is asked to do, he approaches it with a positive mindset and is always ready to get the job done.

That’s what being a strong team player is all about being willing to adapt, stepping up when needed, and helping wherever you can to keep the team moving forward.

Great work, Tyler! We appreciate everything you do for the team and the positive attitude you bring to the shop every day! 💪👏

Sometimes, the morning meeting needs a little friendly competition. 👀

A few weeks ago, Bryant, one of our production managers, threw a mini game into the mix while leading the team meeting. Kevin came out on top and walked away with an Amazon gift card.

Congratulations, Kevin! 👏

Many hands. Different departments. One goal.

Here’s a look behind the scenes at some of the people and processes that go into every cooling system we build.

From fabrication and welding to testing and everything in between, each person has a job to do and a team counting on them to do it right.

Different skills. Different hands. All working toward the same thing: building a product we’re proud to put our name on.

We just made our first trade! ✨

Nick, a local here in Sweet Home, stopped by the office and traded us a photo autographed by Phil Knight and authenticated by PSA/DNA. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to get this started.

Now we’re looking for our next trade. If you have something you’d like to trade for the signed photo, send Will Garrett a DM or let us know in the comments below.

The mission: Start with one penny and keep trading up until we have something that can make a real difference for a family in need.

Thanks again, Nick, for helping us take the first step!
