Last week, Zach passed the Peer-to-Peer Award to Donald, one of our amazing swing shift TIG welders and shift lead. 🥇

Donald is not only a hard worker, but he's humble, dependable, and always willing to help his teammates however he can. That's the kind of attitude that makes a difference every day.

Swing shift may work behind the scenes, but the impact they make is seen throughout the shop. It's great to see Donald and the swing shift crew recognized for everything they do.
