One of our favorite Banshees came back for a refresh to start the season off right!

We got them set up with some Wiseco Powersports pistons and a Hot Rods crankshaft assembly. They also went for some tasteful upgrades including Toomey Racing USA T5 pipes and a Modquad Racing cool head. Plus, this machine already had VForce 4 reeds and PWK 28 carbs previously done here.

This one has a great story behind it and we are happy to continue maintaining and improving this beautiful machine.

Here are some pictures of a top end refresh we recently did on a CRF450X including a Vertex Pistons piston, Kibblewhite Precision Machining, Inc. valves and springs, and a nicely refinished cylinder.

Early Honda Unicam engines are notorious for valve wear and we do many of these jobs every year. These Kibblewhite valves are a solid cure for this and should make for years of riding before they’ll need touched again.

This Pro XP came in for some critical pre-season maintenance including a worn out secondary clutch. While it was here, we couldn’t help but notice the ride height was very low due to sagging and collapsed factory tender springs. We repaired the clutch with new OEM sheaves, and massively improved the ride quality with a full set of MTS Off-Road dual rate springs. And with the color matched powder coat from Jakes Kustom Kuttings, this spring kit looks just as nice as it rides.

We just got our first shipment of belts for some popular models. We currently have X3, Pro R, Turbo RZR and XP1000 belts in stock. These All Balls belts are a great quality replacement, and we are working to expand our selection of OEM belts as well!
