🚗 Big News at CarePartners! 🚗
We are excited to share that CarePartners has a new-to-us vehicle thanks to the support of a generous grant and the wonderful team at Barrette Ford . We are incredibly grateful for their partnership in helping us expand our services.
You might be wondering... Why does CarePartners need a vehicle?
The answer is simple: transportation can be one of the biggest barriers for older adults. Many individuals who could benefit from our adult day services are unable to attend because transportation isn't available in their area.
Our new vehicle will help us begin filling that gap by providing transportation in communities that are currently underserved by existing transportation providers. We're excited to start this new service in the town of Fairfield, helping more older adults access social connection, activities, nutritious meals, and supportive care at CarePartners.
A heartfelt thank you to our grant funders and to Ford for helping make this possible. Together, we're making it easier for older adults to stay active, engaged, and connected to their community. 💙
