What/Who is onX?
onX is a GPS app for the outdoors that shows you way more than just a map. It gives you detailed trail info, difficulty ratings, photos, and land ownership boundaries — so you always know where you are and where you can legally explore. The onX suite of apps includes onX Offroad, onX Hunt, onX Backcountry and onX Fish Midwest.
WHAT IS THE OFFER?
Starting March 31, 2026, through 2028*, eligible Ford owners can enjoy one year of complimentary membership on the highest tier of all four onX apps. This offer provides access to all four apps: onX Offroad, onX Hunt, onX Backcountry and onX Fish Midwest. Please note Fish Midwest does not have a Premium or Elite subscription tier.
Offer Details:
Eligibility: Available to U.S. Ford customers with 2017 model year or newer vehicles (new or pre-owned) with an activated modem. This offer is valid only for customers who have not had an active onX Elite membership within the 12-month period prior to activation on the same onX app.
Premium Benefit: One–year Elite membership for onX Hunt, Offroad, Backcountry, and Fish Midwest (or current highest-tier membership level). This is a $335 value for all four apps.
How to Redeem: Claim via the Ford App or by visiting www.onxmaps.com/ford.
How will customers be notified: Starting March 31, 2026, eligible customers will be notified via in-app message, email and a promotional banner within the Ford App.
Renewal: Credit card activation is required. After the complimentary year, the membership will automatically renew. There is no charge if a customer chooses to cancel their membership before the renewal date. See onX Terms of Use for more information on memberships.

Seamless In-Vehicle Use: Project maps directly onto your vehicle’s center touchscreen via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Please note, onX Backcountry is not compatible with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.

onX Offroad: Detailed motorized trail maps with difficulty ratings, route descriptions, photos, access rules, plus cell coverage and dispersed camping layers — so you can plan smarter and explore with confidence.
onX Hunt: Private land boundaries, landowner names, game management units, species layers, and wind tools — helping you hunt smarter and stay compliant.
onX Fish: Lake maps, boat access points, species insights, and local fishing regulations — so you can spend more time fishing and less time guessing.
onX Backcountry: Trail maps for hiking and camping, plus dispersed camping information and terrain details — helping you plan deeper adventures with confidence.
